Warranty & Payment Policy
The following terms and conditions apply to direct, individual bookings at Eligia Suites.

- • To guarantee your booking, you will be charged 50% of the total booking amount upon confirmation. The balance of the amount must be paid 14 days before the arrival date. (*)
- • We protect your privacy. Any information provided by you is strictly used to guarantee your booking

The following cancellation policy applies to direct, individual bookings:
For cancellations or amendments 30-21 days before the scheduled date of arrival: a cancellation fee of 25% of the total booking applies.
For cancellations or modifications 20-14 days before the scheduled date of arrival: a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation applies.
For cancellations or modifications 13-8 days before the scheduled date of arrival: a cancellation fee of 75% of the total reservation applies.
For cancellations or modifications 7-1 days before the scheduled date of arrival: a cancellation fee of 90% of the total reservation applies.
In case of no-show, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking applies In case of early departure, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking applies
In case of last minute bookings or holiday packages, other cancellation conditions may apply .

Difference
Any invalidity of some of the terms herein does not invalidate the rest. If any part of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court or other authority, in whole or in part, the rest of the Agreement will continue in effect. LEONTARIS X. - LEONTARIS G. EE may enter into an agreement for the delegation of its obligations to an appropriate third party.
